What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Loan Processor position at ROBINS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION?
What You’ll Do:
- Efficiently meets the needs of the membership while processing and funding Consumer Loans
- Process and coordinate with members to fund consumer loan applications.
- Obtains documents needed to secure, close, and disburse loans and lines
- Work with Underwriters to get applications from approval to funding in a timely manner.
- Issue loans in a volume consistent with the department
- Efficiently meets the needs of the membership while processing and funding Equity Lines and Loans.
- Process and coordinate with members to fund home equity applications.
- Order and obtain documents needed to close and disburse equity loans.
- Work with Underwriters to get applications approved and cleared to close.
- Meet individual and department Equity Loan goals
- Issue loans in a volume consistent with the department
- Complete transactions with high regard for accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepares title packages and delivers them within the proper timelines to ensure lien is secured
- Prepares and completes loan documents while minimizing errors.
- Mail payoff checks and balance transfer requests.
- Complete administrative duties
- Complete internal training courses developed for Consumer Lending
- Process and mail Adverse Action Notices.
- Process and sort mail.
- Additional Functions:
- Performs duties in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.
