Consumer Loan Processor

What You’ll Do: 

• Efficiently meets the needs of the membership while processing and funding Consumer Loans
  • Process and coordinate with members to fund consumer loan applications.
  • Obtains documents needed to secure, close, and disburse loans and lines
  • Work with Underwriters to get applications from approval to funding in a timely manner.
  • Issue loans in a volume consistent with the department
• Efficiently meets the needs of the membership while processing and funding Equity Lines and Loans.
  • Process and coordinate with members to fund home equity applications.
  • Order and obtain documents needed to close and disburse equity loans.
  • Work with Underwriters to get applications approved and cleared to close.
  • Meet individual and department Equity Loan goals
  • Issue loans in a volume consistent with the department
• Complete transactions with high regard for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepares title packages and delivers them within the proper timelines to ensure lien is secured
  • Prepares and completes loan documents while minimizing errors.
  • Mail payoff checks and balance transfer requests.
• Complete administrative duties
  • Complete internal training courses developed for Consumer Lending
  • Process and mail Adverse Action Notices.
  • Process and sort mail.
• Additional Functions:
  • Performs duties in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.
