Your Day-to-Day: Adding the "Personal" to CareAs a Personalized Living Aide, you are the ultimate lifestyle concierge. You’ll be helping residents in our independent living areas maintain their freedom by providing that extra bit of help they need to thrive.
Be the Bright Spot: Assist residents with daily activities, from light housekeeping and laundry to helping them get ready for a social event.
Keep the Pace: Provide escort assistance to meals, activities, or just a stroll through our beautiful woods and gardens.
Health & Wellness Hero: Help with medication reminders and simple wellness checks to keep our residents feeling their best.
Connection Champion: Spend quality time with residents, offering companionship that turns a "service" into a meaningful friendship.
The Organized Eye: Keep accurate notes on resident well-being and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care.
The Heart: A genuine passion for seniors and a talent for making people feel seen and heard.
The Skills: Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar caregiver role is a plus, but your attitude is what matters most.
The Vibe: You’re proactive, reliable, and you love working in an environment where no two days are the same.
The Specs: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass background checks and a commitment to our community's safety standards.
