As an Inside Sales Representative at Robin Rents Equipment, you will provide service and support to internal and external customers. This is a pivotal role as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Therefore, professionalism is key in this high volume and fast paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Be the face of our fast growing company!
- Handle customers one on one to help find the solution to their rental and sales needs.
- Provide superior customer service driving sales and rental volume.
- Manage contracts through Point of Rental.
- Manage cash sales accurately.
- Log all call details and follow up on sales leads.
- Adhere to processes and call guidelines as applicable to the call type.
- Stay organized and consisted in a fast paced environment.
- Other duties assigned as needed by management.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience.
- Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Able to handle high volume tasks.
- Excellent time management and efficiency skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail.
- Able to deal with conflict and respond professionally.
- Ability to work alongside others professionally and communicate effectively.
- Ability to learn about equipment and it's applications.
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45am-5pm and Saturday mornings from 6:45am-12pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
