Our client, a global law firm headquartered in NY, would like to add an experienced restructuring advisory investment banker, distressed analyst, or financial consultant, to work closely with the partners to identify and evaluate potential market opportunities. The role involves monitoring and analyzing stressed, distressed, and special situations relevant to their practice, recognizing potential client engagements, and supporting business development and market intelligence efforts. The role involves in-depth financial analysis and requires strong judgement and the ability to convey and evaluate complex financial and market information effectively. The strongest candidates have at least three years of experience in investment banking, restructuring advisory, financial analysis, market intelligence, or credit research.
