Associate, Diversified Private Investment Fund

Our client is a NY-based investment fund and family office that focuses on complex and creative private and public investments including private credit, structured equity, and public and private equity transactions. The team targets transactions in energy (non-transitional), oil & gas, and infrastructure, in addition to making platform investments and providing corporate development work for the portfolio’s holdings. They are looking for a junior Associate to join the team for a career track role. The strongest candidate has no more than 1-2 years of experience in investment banking and/or a private investment fund. The candidate must have outstanding modeling skills with the ability to start every deal with a new model and file. The role requires someone who is humble, amiable, and honest. Candidates must be detailed oriented and intellectually curious and possess polished communication skills.
