Responsibilities- Transport customers to and from the dealership, appointments, and other designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper working order of the shuttle vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for all passengers.
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies to ensure safety.
- Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding shuttle schedules and customer needs.
- Must be presentable
- Must be positive customer focused
- Must have clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to navigate the Jeanerette, and other surrounding area's efficiently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
