Electrical Field Supervisor – Full Time
Robies Heating & Cooling | Cape Cod
What you’ll be doing:
- Electrical work for HVAC and generator installations
- Residential and light commercial electrical work
- Running service calls and safety inspections
- Preparing estimates and selling your own work (commission included)
- Running a team – supervising, supporting, leading Robies electrical team
- Technical support to electricians, assisting team with preparing estimates
- Customer communication – phone calls, text, emails. Top tier customer service
- Admin – filing, scheduling, planning, order / maintain stock.
- Run morning team meetings
What we’re looking for:
- Journeyman Electrician, licensed in MA
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude — team player with good energy
- Leadership – warm, gentle, kind, enthusiastic, helpful, supportive

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- MA Journeyman Electrician License
- Employment subject to background check
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
