GM Dealership has an opening for a Customer BDC Consultant Office Position. Looking for an experienced self-motivated individual with interpersonal customer service skills, detail-oriented, ability to overcome objections, and positive personality. This person will be responsible for managing customer expectations, dedicated to building/maintaining product knowledge, scheduling, and qualifying customers. Must have basic computer, excellent keyboarding, multi-tasking, and multi-line skills. This position offers great opportunity and excellent pay and benefit program.
