Job Description:
Roberston Trucks LLC is Hiring Experienced OTR Company Drivers - Up to $.75 CPM
PAYMENT:
  • Our Company Drivers Earn $0.70- $0.75CPMBased on Experience
  • Our Team Drivers Earn $.80- $.85CPM Based on Experience
  • Company Drivers Average Between $2,100 - $3,500 a Week - Take Home
  • 1099
  • Weekly Direct Deposit

TRUCKS:
  • 50 available trucks / ready to go
    • 2022-2024Well-maintained, clean, fully equipped, Freightliners & Volvos
    • APU
    • Inverters
    • Microwaves

  • No Slip Seating

HOME/REST DAY CALCULATION:
  • 2 weeks of straight work = 2Home days.
  • 3 weeks of straight work = 3 Home days.
  • 4 weeks of straight work = 4 Home days
  • 5 weeks of straight work = 6 Home day

  • Consistent Year-Round Freight 3000 Miles Per Week
  • Drop & Hook, Live loads, Power Only

  • $1000 sign on Bonus
    • Clean passed inspections with no violations:
    • Level-I - $500
    • Level-II - $300
    • Level-III - $200

    • Loyalty bonuses:
    • $500 - working for the company for 6 months
    • $1000 - working for the company for 1 year

    • Driver referral bonus:
    • Hired driver 2 weeksof employment - $500

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1yearof the driving experience
  • No more than 3moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Must be able to understand and communicate in English
  • No more than 1 accident (preventable or non-preventable) in the past 3 years
  • No DUI/Drug Convictions/Arrest/Careless/Reckless Driving

Wage Range: 0.70 - 0.75 per mile
