What you will achieve in this role:

• Support the ongoing development and refinement of HR processes to keep them effective and consistent across the organization.
• Oversee payroll from end to end, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting support.
• Manage employee benefits and act as the point person for related inquiries.
• Oversee updates to internal HR materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Own HR processes for international staff, including all payroll related components.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and support early-career training initiatives.
• Address employee relations matters, guiding disciplinary and grievances processes when needed.
• Foster a workplace environment grounded in clarity, support, and positive engagement.
• Step into any other people-related responsibilities that help the business run smoothly.

What you must bring to this role:

• Must have at least 10 years of experience as an HR generalist, within a bank.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have hands-on payroll experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail paired with highly developed organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities and stay on top of multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A reputation for integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work comfortably with digital tools and documentation.
• Experience working within or supporting a broker-dealer environment is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with ADP is considered an asset.
