Location: Remote (East Coast hours)

Preferred Regions: Philadelphia, Mount Laurel (NJ), South Carolina

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Story Behind the Need

This role supports an ongoing risk and control assessment project within the Consumer Products Business Process Excellence team. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to document processes, identify operational risks, and design effective control frameworks to ensure compliance and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk and control assessment sessions across business units.
• Identify, document, and evaluate operational risks and develop suitable controls.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation and risk registers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on control design and execution.
• Present findings and updates through clear reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: 8–10 years in risk management, process design, or business analysis
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Experience in operational risk management and stakeholder facilitation

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with risk and control data analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
