About the Role
Robertson’s Ready Mix is seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor/Maintenance team member to support daily operations at our facility. This position plays a key role in keeping our site clean, safe, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of shop areas, offices, and outdoor workspaces
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, equipment cleaning, and upkeep
- Support yard and facility operations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment
- Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work in an industrial or outdoor environment
- Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
