What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Analyst position at Robertson Homes?
Great career starting position to give you the groundwork for a career in Land Acquisition. You would join our very seasonsed Land Acquisition and learn how to purchase good land deals the right way. We have a track record of success that all starts with the land deals. Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning required
Starting Duties include:
· Complete financial modeling for new land acquisitions
· Manage offer submittals
· Obtain and analyze due diligence materials for project feasibility
· Research jurisdictional development and building requirements
· Complete competitive market analyses
· Review and summarize purchase and sale agreements
· Review analyze title work
· Assist managers with entitlements
· Track future acquisition opportunities
· Build market intelligence through published research and industry news
· Grow our contacts with brokers, land sellers and other developers
· Create presentations to graphically represent market data
· Assist other internal stakeholders with land related research
· Update municipal audit spreadsheet to inform what and where our competition will build
· Manage past deal follow up systems
· Organize files and computer directory so items are easy to find for all team members
· Create useful reports and studies for Senior Management
· Assist in raising outside equity
