Branch Manager Trainee
Responsibilities Include:
- Counter Sales/ Warehouse Associate
- Assist customers at the sales counter with HVAC and plumbing parts and equipment
- Identify products and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Process orders, quotes, and payments accurately in the POS system
- Maintain organized inventory and stock shelves as needed
- Answer phone inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and specifications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new equipment, and industry trends
- Help with warehouse duties including, but not limited to pulling, staging, and loading customer orders for delivery
- Management Training
- Oversee Inventory Management
- Managing Employees
- Sales and customer growth
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership or management experience required
- Experience in HVAC distribution, contracting, or related industries preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
The candidate will complete a hands-on training course to adequately learn our products, inventory system, leadership, and sales skills. Prior experience in the plumbing/HVAC industry is very helpful for this position.

The expectation is that the candidate will start as a trainee and will eventually move to the role of Branch Manager. As manager they will also continue to work at the sales counter and help in the warehouse to pull orders as needed.
Salary range is flexible and commensurate with prior relevant experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, applicable work history, and overall fit for the role. In addition to base pay, we offer milestone incentives and performance-based bonuses.
