Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators pertaining to the delivery of quality legal services
- Ensure all internal systems are updated with documentation
- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
- Handling steps in the client systems.
- Ordering Title reports and taxes based off client requirements
- In office staff will handle preparing packages to mail out
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Some collateral experience/knowledge of mortgage documents recommended
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
- Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
- Must be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks
Required Education and Training:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High school or equivalent required
- Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
Salary : $38,600 - $48,900
