  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Hospital Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM-6 PM. Saturday, 8 AM-1 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary team members
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional client service
  • Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
  • Assist with additional responsibilities and cross-training opportunities as needed
