Bucket Operator

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Bucket Operator to join our team. This role involves operating aerial lifts and assisting with tree removals, pruning, and storm work. You’ll work alongside a skilled ground crew and climbers to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Operate bucket trucks for tree removal, trimming, and pruning
• Safely navigate near power lines and structures
• Assist with rigging and ground operations when needed
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Uphold Roberts’ Tree Experts safety standards and professionalism on every job

Requirements:

• Experience operating bucket trucks in tree care or utility work (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
