Duties
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Participate in client meetings and consultations to gather information and discuss client strategies.
- Maintain organized client files and documentation in accordance with firm policies.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with a license to practice law in North Carolina are required.
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting with a focus on corporate transactions.
- Excellent analytical abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
