Installer
Roberts Roofing Co., Inc., is looking to add to grow our sheet metal department. This position will be paid hourly with a very competitive bonus structure which is based upon performance.
Qualifications:
·Must have at least 2 years’ experience in gutter installation, or equivalent experience.
·Must be able to work at heights up to 50 feet!
·Must be able to climb ladders (including spiral stair systems)
·Must be able to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment.
·Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle!
·Must have the ability to read a tape measure (including international units) and work with hand tools.
·Ability to use basic math calculation skills.
·Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.
·Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
·Follow directions from local management and install Roberts Roofing Co., Inc. materials
·Prepare and install sites in accordance with local ordinances and Roberts Roofing Co., Inc. standards for quality control.
·Maintain outstanding customer service both on customer visits and telephone calls.
·Maintain proper inventory levels for site inventory.
·Take on additional tasks as assigned by local management.

Summary
This position for a Seamless Gutter Installer requires a blend of core, premium, and relevant skills to successfully carry out the responsibilities.
