We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Lead who thrives in the challenge of pushing high-volume consumer and business web applications to their next level. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in designing and developing scalable web applications using Rails. We use an agile development process.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly scalable web applications used by leading companies, including several Fortune 500 ® companies.
- Strong interest in developing quality infrastructure and process.
- Create speed, improve performance and maintain stability within the development life cycle.
- Be a team player with a winning attitude.
Requirements
- 3 years (ideally 5 years) full stack RoR web development experience.
- Frontend experience with any/several of the following: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and SPA frameworks like React, Backbone, Angular, Ember, etc.
- Backend distributed systems experience.
- BS in CS or similar.
