Skills & Experience:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
● Proven expertise in Golang, Python, React, and TypeScript, or similar languages, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
● Experience delivering complex software projects in a corporate environment, preferably in FinTech or a related industry.
● Strong background in financial systems, risk assessment, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the financial or similar sectors a plus.
● Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams to successfully deliver on product roadmaps.
● Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of driving strategic initiatives and influencing product development and direction.
