Position Overview

Roberts Industrial & Commercial Services is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team. We specialize in commercial and industrial construction, maintenance, and repair. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused professional with strong technical skills and experience working on commercial and industrial plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial and industrial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in accordance with Arkansas plumbing codes.
• Work safely while following OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Complete assigned work accurately and on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Journeyman Plumber License.
• 3 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• Working knowledge of Arkansas plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or processing facilities.
• Experience with piping systems, equipment installation, and mechanical systems.
• Welding, rigging, or other industrial trade experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience, licensing, and qualifications.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
