Due to our tremendous growth we are looking to expand our Team! Dehumidified Air Solutions with a collective 75 years of product development is looking to expand its industry segments and portfolio.
Position Summary:
This role is a key member of our Quest Ag Team located in Madison, Wisconsin. Individual will be responsible for Programs and Projects Management, customer facing interactions, metrics, etc. Individual must love meeting people, building relationships, and presenting programs to commercial environments.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Program Management
- Continuous improvement of direct and indirect Sales Processes
- CRM Sales integration
- Contract reviews and upkeep
- Manage sales on-boarding and training
- Metrics
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Liaison between sales team and other departments
- Customer feedback metrics
- Perform other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job
- Customer facing interactions
- Able to thrive in a matrix organization
- At least 25% travel is expected when normal traveling is restored
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial operations activities
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience on process and project management
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate details with different stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sales processes, funnel management, problem solving, leadership, and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including presentations. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel are a must
- A valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Experienced and demonstrated success working in a cross-functional environment

• Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Ability to work collaboratively across a team-oriented environment
