Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.

• Duties
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS or OpenTable as required.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing math skills for cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience
• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is advantageous.
• Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
