What You’ll Do
As a Long-Term Substitute Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging instruction and support student learning in line with established lesson plans.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to maintain continuity of learning.
- Track attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Contribute to Roberto Clemente Charter School’s mission of educational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification: Valid PA Teacher Certification or eligibility for an Emergency Permit through PDE in Spanish
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
