What You Will Be Doing
Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Development
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early careers programs, including attraction, screening, assessment, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse junior talent across business units to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
- Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to influence hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Partner with Head of Early Careers, Recruitment manager, recruiters and coordinators to ensure a seamless campaign execution.
- Represents the company brand at campus fairs, events and virtual sessions, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling value proposition for early talent.
- Support the execution of outreach campaigns and digital engagement strategies to enhance employer brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with relevant organizations including target schools (where applicable) to develop a strong talent pipeline
- Support initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent pools and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
- Stay informed on campus recruitment trends, competitor activity, and student preferences to inform outreach strategies.
- Coordinate and execute all stages of the recruitment process, including application screening, interview scheduling, assessment centers, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.
- Ensure a fair, inclusive, and consistent assessment process that reflects best practices in early careers hiring.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Implement structured post-offer engagement strategies to maintain candidate commitment through to onboarding and reduce reneges.
- Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive and inclusive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Serve as a point of contact for incoming candidates, addressing queries and ensure all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Track & report on recruitment metrics such as time to hire, diversity and conversion rates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and sharing candidate feedback.
- Manage invoices, expenses, and vendor coordination as needed.
- Lead coordination efforts across onsite and offshore teams to meet recruitment milestones.
- Set daily targets, monitor KPIs, and proactively address risks or delays.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, event ROI, and candidate pipeline health to support continuous improvement.
Who you are:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in early careers recruitment within investment banking or financial services.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for intern or graduate programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for early careers development and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and recruitment technologies
- Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and regulated environment.
- Experience recruiting across the Americas
- Familiarity with global university engagement strategies and early careers market trends.
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
