About the Capital Solutions Group Baird's Private Capital Markets (PCM) team is part of our larger Capital Solutions Group. Our global team of seasoned capital solutions experts deliver tailored financing and capital structure solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients in the U.S. and Europe. Our equity product capabilities include highly structured minority equity and equity-linked securities for private issuers, PIPEs, and company-led secondary liquidity solutions.
