Who We’re Looking ForReiser is looking for a professional, tenured, and polished Sales Administrative Assistant, this person will play a key role in supporting a dynamic team that drives innovation in food processing and packaging for our customers in the West Coast Region. In this role, you’ll work closely with a Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales Managers, Field Sales Representatives, Food Scientists, and customers, to help support our suppliers to ensure that projects, proposals, and customer interactions run smoothly, professionally, and provide better, smarter solutions to help you improve their process and product.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in organization and accuracy. You’ll be the go-to resource for coordinating meetings and travel, preparing quotes and proposals, processing orders, and keeping the team running efficiently.A background working in a sales-oriented environment within a privately-owned manufacturing company would be a huge plus. The successful candidate must bring a sense of confidentiality, diplomacy, and a positive attitude along with a thick skin, some assertiveness, and a whole lot of common sense! This will be a “go-to” position and it requires someone who, if they don’t know the answer, will enjoy figuring it out!
