It is important that the person in this role has the mindset of a problem solver and is naturally curious, inquisitive, and someone who seeks to understand the We are looking for a career-minded individual that is open to working 1st shift hours with occasional weekend overtime.Requirements:Job Duties include but are not limited to:Project management of machine builds and customizations, coordination of parts from internal teams, and assuming the responsibility and ownership of seeing the packaging project through from start to finish and beyond.Mechanical and electrical set up, service, troubleshooting and repair of custom industrial food packaging machinery.Assembling and disassembling complex pieces of highly automated machineryTraining with senior technicians in identifying the proper materials and parts needed to complete customer orders while developing the processes for machinesWorking directly with pneumatics, electrical and mechanical controlsWorking with AC/DC motors, high voltage (240/480)Requirements:5 years of experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, servicing, assembly, diagnosticsHands-on workplace experience with mechanical and electrical repairsFamiliarity with common hand tools, electrical tools, and basic skills in Microsoft OfficeStrong working knowledge of mechanics, basic pneumatics, and electrical controlsComfortable working and dealing with physical requirements of the roleBenefits offered:Very competitive health benefitsVacation, sick time, and paid holidays401k employer match (4% of first 50%)Holiday Bonus and Profit SharingAnnual raises based on performance
