Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of fence installation, including frame carpentry and masonry. The Fence Installer will be responsible for constructing and installing fences that meet our clients' specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Duties
- Assemble and install various types of fencing materials, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and erecting fence panels.
- Execute concrete finishing tasks to secure fence posts in place.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods based on terrain and client preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in frame carpentry or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with masonry techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing methods is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
