Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily jobsite activities for excavation, water/sewer, paving, and concrete projects.
- Operate machinery and trucks as needed to support field operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company protocols.
- Coordinate with crew members, subcontractors, and management to meet project deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily records, including work completed, hours, and materials used.
- Serve as the point of contact on-site for problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in excavation, utility, or related construction work.
- Hoisting license and CDL required.
- Valid medical card for truck driving.
- Knowledge of water and sewer installations, excavation, paving, and concrete.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and lead by example

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday - Friday.
