Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive analysis of historical revenue data, operational costs, and contribution margins by customer, lane, and business operation.• Evaluate proposals and business opportunities, determining associated costs, expected revenue, and profitability impact.• Perform Net Present Value analysis and other financial assessments to support decision-making processes.• Scrub and analyze data to create detailed profit and loss reports for truck routes, guiding bidding, estimating, and negotiation strategies.• Utilize tools such as Truckmate, Axiom, Excel, and Power BI to mine databases and build queries for actionable insights.• Monitor industry trends, market stories, and economic developments to identify potential impacts on business opportunities.• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to address strategic needs and support key decision-makers.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational and financial strategies. The salary range for this position is $105k to $135k.
