Workplace Consultant

We are looking for a Workplace Consultant to join our team in Albany, New York. In this role, you will play a central part in identifying and cultivating customer relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online research.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring consistent satisfaction and addressing client needs.
• Monitor quarterly performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for review.
• Create accurate quotations and oversee budget development, pricing strategies, and profit margin calculations.
• Coordinate internal resources, such as project management and design teams, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess project requirements and provide hands-on support.
• Manage credit applications and payment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving any obstacles.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the credit department to address and resolve payment discrepancies or credit holds.
• Stay informed about industry developments by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in relevant networks.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, recommending improvements to enhance products, services, and strategies.
• Proficiency in Epicor ERP systems and related solutions.
• Strong skills in CRM tools and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in B2B sales and communication.
• Solid understanding of credit and collections processes.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor practices effectively.
• Experience in preparing quotations and managing budgets.
• Capable of building relationships with architects and designers through networking and social media.
• Commitment to continuous learning and a focus on detail-oriented development.
