Word Processor

We are looking for a meticulous Word Processor to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play an essential role in supporting administrative operations through accurate word processing and data management. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and oversee the production of reports to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Perform data entry and word processing tasks with precision and within designated timelines.
• Keep accurate and well-organized records of production data and process parameters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements in operational workflows.
• Manage office tasks such as scheduling and calendar organization to support daily operations.
• Provide front desk support when needed, maintaining a meticulous and welcoming environment for visitors.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and processes to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Work closely with other departments to promote seamless coordination and effective communication.

• Proven experience in an administrative environment using Office
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and office software.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with calendar management practices is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Previous experience in a process technician role or similar position is desirable.
