We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will oversee dispatching operations, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of shipments and deliveries. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.
Title: Dispatcher
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90045 (On-Site)
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Experience Preferred: Airline dispatch experience
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and operations teams regarding schedules, routes, and updates
Track shipments and resolve any service issues that arise during dispatch
Maintain accurate documentation and records in company systems
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
