Warehouse Floor

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Mentor, Ohio, as part of a long-term contract position. This role involves inspecting small machined parts and assemblies used in orthopedic surgery, ensuring their quality and compliance. Ideal candidates will bring reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to this important task.

Responsibilities:
• Inspect small machined parts and assemblies at a workbench to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform tasks while standing or sitting, depending on the requirements of the job.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing safety glasses during work hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and inspection deadlines.
• Uphold reliability and punctuality to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors.
• Utilize basic tools and equipment necessary for inspection processes.
• Must be reliable and demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work while standing or sitting for extended periods.
• No prior experience required, but attention to detail is essential.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable wearing jeans and a t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt in a shop environment.
• Required to wear safety glasses while working.
• Strong commitment to following instructions and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members.
