Robert Half is looking for a VBA Developer to support automation, reporting, and process improvement to support a client in Milwaukie, Oregon. In this role, you’ll build and maintain VBA-driven tools, streamline workflows, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Duration: Long-term contract
Location: 100% onsite in Milwaukie, Oregon
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Excel/Access VBA scripts and macros
- Automate reporting, data processing, and recurring tasks
- Debug and troubleshoot code issues quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure code is efficient, optimized, and well-documented
- Strong experience with Excel VBA (forms, modules, automation)
- Familiarity with Access, SQL, or relational databases is a plus
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
