What are the responsibilities and job description for the User Experience Writer position at Robert Half?
Robert Half's enterprise client is seeking a strategic UX Writer and Content Strategist. This will be a 6-month contract with the ability to extend and will need someone who can work hybrid onsite in Bellevue, WA as needed (no more than 3-days per week). You will work with multiple design teams, focused on creating and managing customer-facing experiences within a high-traffic B2C mobile app environment. In addition to writing UI strings and formulating content strategies to drive engagement and results, you’ll develop processes, frameworks, and documentation to help scale UX writing within the design organization.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging UX content.
- Lead content strategy for highly complex, high-visibility initiatives.
- Support best practice adoption across teams by developing educational materials and documentation for UX writing.
- Perform comprehensive content audits to assess existing content and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage audience insights and internal feedback to test and iterate on content solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of expertise in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.
- Experience with B2C environments and eCommerce preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated success in elevating design teams’ UX writing output.
