Treasury Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will oversee crucial treasury functions, including cash flow management, bank account reconciliation, and compliance with financial agreements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's financial health and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile and review bank and cash accounts to ensure accuracy while promptly addressing any discrepancies.
• Monitor daily cash flow activities and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly cash forecast reports, identifying trends and variances.
• Execute wire transfers and manage cash movements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain compliance with financial agreements, including loans and credit facilities, while fostering strong banking relationships.
• Deliver accurate and timely cash position reports for senior leadership.
• Support financial close processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury-related activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance treasury operations and reporting practices.
• Utilize the Deltek Vantagepoint system to accurately record and reconcile treasury transactions.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to provide treasury-related support and assist with ad-hoc projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in cash reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and analysis.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar financial systems.
• Experience in month-end close processes and treasury activities.
• Ability to prepare and interpret cash flow analysis and forecasts.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
