Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Technical HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This position will focus on managing high-volume recruitment efforts across IT, finance, and legal departments, ensuring alignment with corporate hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, primarily within IT, finance, and legal departments.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, applicant tracking systems, and external agencies when required.

• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with job requirements.

• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team on job leveling and requisition processes.

• Maintain and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.

• Build relationships with internal teams and external agencies to streamline hiring processes.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards in all recruitment activities.

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to HR leadership.

• Adapt to high-volume hiring needs with urgency and precision across diverse roles.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workforce Now TA/Performance management modules.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple departments with urgency and efficiency.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Experience collaborating with HR teams on job leveling and requisition processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
