Systems Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to oversee and optimize enterprise systems within both Linux and Windows platforms. This role demands strong technical expertise, an ability to ensure IT infrastructure security, and a focus on compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining system reliability and addressing compliance frameworks effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain enterprise systems across Linux and Windows environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows 10 while ensuring security and functionality.
• Oversee and manage virtualization technologies, including Citrix and related platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support systems integration and enterprise-level solutions.
• Utilize expertise in SAN (Storage Area Network) and Dell technologies to optimize storage solutions.
• Manage cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Azure and Windows Intune for seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and compliance protocols.
• Ensure systems are up to date with patches and upgrades to mitigate security risks.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration within an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows 10.
• Strong expertise in Linux systems and their administration.
• Hands-on experience with Dell and Citrix technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Windows Intune.
• Knowledge of SAN (Storage Area Network) and related storage solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
