Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage physical and virtual system infrastructures, implementing best practices for scalability and efficiency.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery operations to safeguard IT infrastructure and data.
• Monitor system performance logs to identify anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply critical patches and updates to maintain system security and functionality.
• Allocate and optimize storage space to meet organizational needs.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges spanning multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols, including HIPAA regulations and IT security policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 8-12 years of prior experience, or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior experience.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and storage management.
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles, compliance protocols, and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with cloud technologies, automation, and digital integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently.
• Expertise in configuration management and implementing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage large projects and mentor team members.
