Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis expert to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in financial modeling and pricing strategies, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial models and driving data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine financial models to improve accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze pricing strategies and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage capital allocation processes to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Support the implementation of advanced reporting and analytics systems.
• Monitor key business unit performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 4 years considered for highly skilled candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience in pricing strategies and financial modeling is essential.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for creating visualizations and reports.
• Background in large organizations, preferably publicly traded or sizable private companies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Knowledge of accounting software systems and EPM tools is a plus.
