This role will focus on planning, forecasting, and conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for designated departments or business units.
- Build, maintain, and refine financial models to enable scenario analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operational drivers and provide strategic recommendations.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and executive teams.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects, such as capital planning and resource allocation.
- Enhance FP& A tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment aligned with organizational values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 10 years.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and experience handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools like Prophix and accounting systems such as Intacct.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work setting with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in high-growth industries and exposure to operational finance principles such as job costing and revenue recognition.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools for presenting insights effectively.
