Sr. Art Director

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Art Director to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will leverage your creative expertise to deliver compelling designs across various mediums, from social media content to print advertisements and event booths. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, works independently, and has a keen eye for clean, modern aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative concepts across multiple formats, including social media posts, print advertisements, and event booth designs.
• Manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create visually engaging designs.
• Maintain a fresh and clean aesthetic in all design work, aligning with brand guidelines and client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and client expectations.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere to enhance multimedia content when required.
• Create animations in After Effects to bring visual elements to life.
• Set up and shoot video content, ensuring high-quality results and alignment with project goals.
• Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in various marketing materials.
• At least 5 years of experience in design or art direction roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a clean, modern design aesthetic.
• Experience designing for diverse formats, including social media, print, and event displays.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation using After Effects.
• Skills in photography and photo editing are a plus.
