Responsibilities:
• Review and ensure the accuracy of GL coding for accounts payable invoices.
• Process accounts payable invoices using mass imports and advanced Excel techniques.
• Perform credit card reconciliations and ensure proper documentation.
• Evaluate and code expense reimbursements for compliance and accuracy.
• Provide support for resolving accounts payable issues and escalations.
• Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee weekly payment runs and verify details before execution.
• Conduct reviews for new supplier setup and ensure proper documentation.
• Create and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process.
• Assist in implementing automation solutions for accounts payable processes.
• Proven experience in month-end close processes and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries.
• Demonstrated expertise in account and bank reconciliation tasks.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with accounts payable workflows and coding.
• Ability to analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies effectively.
