Inventory & Barcode Systems Consultant (Sage 100 ScanForce)

Contract | On-site/Hybrid (Plant & Warehouse) | Foam & Mattress Manufacturing

We’re looking for an experienced consultant to help us implement Sage 100 and barcode scanning (ScanForce) across our warehouse and production floor. This is a 200-hour contract project reporting to the Director of IT.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the setup of Sage 100 inventory and production workflows.
• Implement ScanForce for receiving, put-away, production, counts, and shipping.
• Create barcode/labeling standards for raw materials and finished mattresses.
• Migrate and clean up data for items, warehouses, and stock levels.
• Train staff, document processes, and support the go-live.

3–5 successful Sage 100 inventory/barcoding projects, ideally with light manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with ScanForce in a live warehouse or plant environment.

Strong knowledge of Sage 100 inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, returns, and production modules.

Comfortable with data migration, reporting, and barcode label design.

Background in warehouse or plant operations.
