Social Media Coordinator

Salary: $33.25 to $38.50 hourly

Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Social Media Coordinator for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a 100% remote freelance opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars specific to each platform, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Design, schedule, and publish captivating posts, stories, videos, and carousel content to engage followers.
• Monitor and interact with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rates, audience growth, reach, and conversions using analytics tools.
• Assist in executing social campaigns, product launches, and brand-focused initiatives with well-crafted content.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to extend brand reach.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, managing outreach, negotiations, and post-campaign reviews.
• Stay informed on industry trends, social media updates, and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains innovative.
• Uphold brand voice, tone, and visual identity consistently across all social media channels.
• Work closely with creative, product, and PR teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva to create compelling visuals.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools like Facebook Insights to track performance metrics.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign planning to drive engagement and conversions.
• Ability to create and curate high-quality content that aligns with brand goals and audience interests.
• Proven ability to stay updated on social media trends and implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for community management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with influencer partnerships and content creator collaborations is highly preferred.
