User Research (Cross Collaboration)
Journey Mapping
Service Blueprinting
Prototyping & Testing
• Experience with A/B testing and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including Ajax and CSS.
• Familiarity with API development and integration.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
