Senior Benefits Analyst

We are working a client who is seeking an immediate Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing employee benefits processes across multiple countries; to include United States, Canada and United Kingdom. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in benefits administration and systems like Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee global open enrollment processes, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.

• Prepare and input vendor information and updated rates into Workday, conducting thorough testing and validation.

• Develop and manage clear and engaging employee communications related to benefits in multiple countries.

• Address employee inquiries and provide support for day-to-day benefits transactions.

• Implement self-service enrollment functionality in Workday for relevant organizations.

• Collaborate on benefits-related projects, leveraging expertise in benefits programs across different regions.

• Ensure compliance and accuracy in benefits administration while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Utilize Microsoft Suite tools to support reporting, communication, and operational needs.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits analysis or administration.
• Proficiency in Workday, specifically in benefits testing and open enrollment functionalities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage open enrollment processes, including testing, validation, and communication.
• Strong knowledge of benefits programs across multiple countries is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop clear and effective employee communications.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage both strategic and transactional responsibilities.
• Independent work ethic with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite for reporting and administrative tasks.
